About the Foundation4Tech Tribe
You’ll be part of one of the largest IT environments in the Netherlands, with global teams located in Utrecht, London, Sydney, Singapore, and New York. Our Tribe builds strong IT foundations that support the entire Rabobank organization. Our squads deliver services and products used by Rabobank worldwide.
The Assignment
As a Communication Specialist, you will create and execute communication strategies for one of our new squads. Once this squad is “on the map,” you’ll expand your communication efforts to other squads and stakeholders within the Tribe. You’ll be responsible for crafting engaging content, shaping the right tone, building relationships, and increasing our visibility across Rabobank.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute internal communication plans;
- Write and manage content for a variety of internal audiences;
- Align messaging with the squad’s Product Owner;
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders;
- Adapt communication frequency and format to changing needs;
- Measure and report on the impact of communication activities.
Your Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Communication, Journalism, or related field;
- 2-5 years of relevant experience;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory);
- Experience with communication and change management;
- Able to simplify complex topics and present them visually and clearly;
- Skilled in stakeholder management and working within tech-driven environments;
- Preferred: experience with Scrum or other Agile frameworks.

Organization: Rabobank
Location: Utrecht (hybrid work possible)
Hours per week: 36-40
Salary indication: Max. €3.900,- gross pay per month (based on 36 hours)
Assignment duration: Start can be discussed, short term would be preferred
Type of contract: Temporary assignment via secondment (no freelancers allowed)
